On your second visit you can expect a detailed Individual Report of Findings.

    Purpose:    To discuss with you in detail the findings of your examination

                      To let you know if we can help

                      To help you understand what the problem is

                      To lay out a plan of care

                      To let you know an approximation of how long it will take to correct

                      To let you know how much your cost of care will be

                      To discuss payment/insurance options with the office manager
